I BOUGHT A SIMPLE PINK 12 ROSE BOQUET,ADDED BABY'S BREATH AND A BOW TO THE ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN A PINK GLASS VASE. THE ORDER ARRIVED, IN A CLEAR COMMON VASE, NO BABY'S BREATH AND NO PINK BOW. THE ROSES WERE PINK ,BUT THEY ADDED WHITE DASIEY'S TO THE SETUP. HOW UGLY IS THAT! I CALLED THEM ASAP, THEY SAID THEY MESSED UP ON THE ORDER AND SAID THEY WOUL DELIVER A SPRING BOQUET WITH BABY'S BREATH AND A PINK BOW IN ANOTHER VASE AT THE END OF THE WEEK. WELL MY MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS TO MY MOM DID NOT LOOK AS PRETTY AS I WISHED AND IT WAS A LET DOWN BY PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. YOU NEED TO SEND SPECIFIC ORDERS TO FLORAL SHOPS, THEN HAVE THE FLORAL SHOP READ BACK TO YOU YOUR ORDER, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A FLORAL SHOP TO MESS UP IN ANY WAY ON ANY TYPE OF ORDER, AFTER ALL...PROFESSIONALS ARE PROFESSIONALS. THEY MAY THINK THAT THE CUSTOMER WON'T NOTICE SIMPLE CHANGES TO THEIR ORDER AND NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT....NOT!! YOUR PAYING OUTRAGEOUS MONEY FOR FLOWERS AS IT IS, DON'T LET FLORAL SHOPS TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE WITH LESS QUALITY FLOWERS OR SUBSITUTES, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...SIMPLE AS THAT. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT MR B'S DID SEND A SECOND FLOWER ARRANGEMENT TO MY MOTHER AT THE END OF THE WEEK AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, MY MOTHER SAID THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL, PRETTY SPRING FLOWERS WITH BABYS BREATH AND A VERY PRETTY PINK BOW, A CARD WAS ALSO SENT TO SAY THEY WERE SORRY FOR THE MIX UP ON THE MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS PRIOR. I GOT TO HAND IT TO MR B'S FLOWERS THEY KEPT THEIR WORD, AND MY MOTHER WAS HAPPY, AND THAT'S WHAT ALL THIS IS ABOUT ISN'T IT? MAKING SOMEONE HAPPY AND TO LET THEM KNOW YOUR THINKING OF THEM, THAT'S WHY YOU SEND FLOWERS! I WILL USE MR B'S FLOWERS AGAIN AND AGAIN, I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM FOR ANY REASON....THANK YOU MR B'S FLOWER'S AND NATILIE!!! PAM, LAS VEGAS,NV.

I used Mr. B's Flowers for my wedding since co-worker recomended them and i was very pleased with service and beatiful arrangements they provided for my wedding. Ivonne was a great help at Mr. B's. Thank you for making my wedding memorable.

I have used Mr. B's consistently over the past 2-3 years on birthdays and other holidays. Their arrangements are very nice. However, they consistently fail to deliver those arrangements in a timely way. When I discussed this problem with them, they were defensive and made no concessions or offers to make amends. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.
